This site was created by the Ontario Pharmacists Association, funded through a Quality Improvement Grant by Pfizer International LLC. The objective of this site is to provide healthcare providers with a tool that can point to relevant CAN-PCC guidelines based on a patient’s symptoms. The CAN-PCC guidelines were chosen for their relevance to patient care in a Canadian context and were developed by the Cochrane Canada and McMaster GRADE Centre at McMaster University through a Public Health Agency of Canada grant.
